Konsus, Inc., and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Superside”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) informs you how we collect, use, secure and share your Personal Information that we collect when you visit our Websites, use our Services, visit our branded social media pages, receive communication from us, register or attend our events or webinars, or ask questions about our products. We may change this Policy from time to time. We always indicate the date the last changes were published and we offer access to the last version of our Policy for your review. This Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on the Websites. We recommend consulting this Policy regularly for any changes. We may provide “just-in-time” disclosures or additional information about our data collection, use and sharing practices of specific services. These notices may supplement or clarify Superside’s privacy practices or may provide you with additional choices about how Superside processes your Personal Information.
We will not rent, sell, or share your Personal Information except in accordance with this Policy. If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Policy, you should cease using our Websites and Services.

1. Policy Scope
Superside is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us. This Policy applies to the Personal Information we collect and use for our own purposes (i.e., as a “data controller”). We provide this Policy to explain the ways in which we collect, use, and share Personal Information about individuals who:
- visit or interact with our websites, including www.superside.com and the other websites that Superside operates and that link to this Policy (collectively, “Websites”) (“Website Visitors”);
- subscribe to any of our plans (“Subscribers”) located on any of the Websites (our “Services”) through a Subscription Account (“Users”); and
- attend or register to attend events which we organize or co-organize (“Attendees”).
For purposes of this Policy “Websites”, shall refer collectively to www.superside.com, and the other websites that Superside operates and that link to this Policy, the term “Services” shall refer to any of our plans located on any of the Websites. The term “Subscriber” refers to an individual or legal entity that has agreed to an applicable agreement between you and any member of Superside relating to access and use of our Services (“Services Agreement”), including an individual representing the Subscribing company. The term “Account” refers to a Superside account or instance created by or on behalf of a Subscriber within the Services. The term “Users” shall refer to the individuals authorized to use our Services through a Subscriber’s Account.
2. Personal Information You Provide
In this Policy, “Personal Information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, including by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his/her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Account and Registration Information. If you are Subscriber, we must process certain Personal Information about you such as first name, last name, IP address, email address, phone number, and, if applicable, credit card information to provide our Services (collectively “Account Information”), and name or alias for each of your Users. We may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of your government-issued identification or photo, and we may authenticate it against third-party databases or request a credit report. By voluntarily providing us with this information, you represent that you are the owner of such Personal Information or are otherwise authorized to provide it to us, specifically, if you as a Subscriber provide us information related to the User, you represent that the User has not objected to such processing. We use a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing.
User Information. We collect certain information automatically from Users through cookies and other tracking technologies when they use a Subscriber’s Account, subject to the applicable law’s consent requirements. We use this information to improve our services.
AI Features and Prompt Data. When you use AI-enabled features within our Services (for example, features that allow you to ask questions about information available in your account), we process the information you choose to submit (such as your prompts, instructions, and related inputs) ("Prompts") and information may be returned to you as outputs. Depending on your Prompt and the data you have access to in the Services, this may include Personal Information such as names and other identifiers of individuals. We may share this information with third-party AI service providers that assist us in providing these features. We seek to minimize the Personal Information shared with these providers and we do not require you to provide Personal Information or other sensitive information in Prompts. You should not include such information in your Prompts. AI queries in our Services are processed through a Zero-Retention API. Your Prompts are transmitted to our third-party AI service providers only as needed to provide the AI-enabled features. Under our agreements, these providers are prohibited from using your Prompts to train their AI models, and any retention is limited to what is necessary to provide the services and meet legal, policy-enforcement, and abuse-prevention requirements.
3. Personal Information Automatically Collected
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. We and our authorized processors use cookies and other information-gathering technologies for a variety of purposes.We also use cookies and other browser features that allow persistent or session storage on a user's device. These technologies may provide us with your Personal Information, information about devices and networks you utilize to access our Websites, and other information regarding your interactions with our Websites. We utilize persistent Cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Websites and to track your compliance with our marketplace policies. We also utilize session ID Cookies to enable certain features of the Websites, to better understand how you interact with the Websites and to monitor aggregate usage by Users and web traffic routing on the Websites. Unlike persistent Cookies, session Cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Websites and then close your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting Cookies or to prompt you brefore accepting a Cookie from the Websites. if you do not accept Cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Website.
Logs. As is true with most websites and services delivered over the internet, we gather certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our Websites and Services. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses as well as browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, information you search for, locale and language preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information. Occasionally, we connect Personal Information to other information gathered in our log files as necessary to improve our Websites and Services. In such a case, we would treat the combined information in accordance with this Policy. In addition, we may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Websites' functionality and user experience and to detect suspicious activity. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Session Replay Scripts. On our Services we may also use session replay scripts provided by third-party analytics service providers to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our Services and user experience. These website analytics tools provide us heatmaps, session recordings of your activities on the Services, form analytics, feedback campaigns, and similar features and functionalities, including to assist in website debugging and customer service matters. Our session replay script providers may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, and other metadata such as IP address or device type. We do not record any sensitive information and recordings are kept for a maximum of thirty days.
4. Personal Information We Collect From Other Sources
Social Media Widgets. Our Websites may include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Websites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the companies that provide them.
Information From Third-Party Services. We may also obtain Personal Information from third parties and combine that with information we collect through our Websites. For example, we may have access to certain information from a third-party social media or authentication service if you log into our Services through such a service or otherwise provide us with access to information from the service. Any access that we may have to such information from a third-party social media or authentication service is in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by that service. By electing to use a third-party authentication service, you authorize us to process the Personal Information that the third-party service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. The disclosure of your Personal Information is subject to the third party’s privacy policy. You should check your privacy settings on these third-party services to understand the Personal Information sent to us through these services.
13. Other U.S. State Privacy Acts
U.S. State regulations include but are not limited to Colorado Privacy Act (CPA); Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA); Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA); and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), hereinafter “State Privacy Regulation”.
This section applies to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia. For purposes of this section "Personal Information" has the meaning given in each State Privacy Regulation. For information on the categories of Personal Information we process, please see section 2,3, and 4 above. The purposes for which we process Personal Information are described in section 5 above. For information on why we share the Personal Information we collect, please see section 7 above.
Right of access and/or portability. You may have the right to access the Personal Information that we hold about you and, in some limited circumstances, have that data provided to you so that you can provide or port that data to another provider.
Right to Delete. You have the right to delete Personal Information provided by or obtained by you.
Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to opt-out of “targeted advertising” as defined under each State Privacy Regulation. We do not sell Personal Information.
Right to Correct. You have the right to correct inaccuracies in the Personal Information, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing.
Exercise your state rights. If you are a Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia resident and you would like to exercise your rights described in this Policy, you can submit your request by emailing us at: dataprivacy@superside.com. Except where we are required by law to maintain such information for record-keeping purposes, we will take steps to delete or anonymize any new Personal Information collected for the purpose of verification as soon as practical after processing your request. Please also be aware that making any such request does not ensure the complete or comprehensive removal or deletion of Personal Information or content you may have posted, and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow us to fulfill your request, including for example, where fulfilling your request may infringe upon the rights and freedoms of other consumers.
14. Children’s Personal Information
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not use or submit any Personal Information through our Websites or Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Websites or Services without parental permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Information to us through the Websites or Services, please contact us at dataprivacy@superside.com, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information.
15. Google Data Use Disclosure
Superside’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
